Road Rage Awareness Campaign
My road rage project aims to bring awareness of road rage to drivers in Los Angeles. While making them visually aware of the problem, it seeks to discourage Los Angeles residents from engaging in road rage incidents by making them aware of how raging behind the wheel can make them appear to others and the feelings it creates for other drivers.
Using shock value with humor and my imagination, I designed original characters that embody the fear, anxiety, and horror that road rage brings people. My road rage project brings awareness in a unique and creative way that captivates the viewer’s attention.

Road Rage Characters
These are the original illustrations I used for the project. I incorporated hand-painted illustrations into my design work, took them into Photoshop, and masked them out from the background. I have also included Older versions of the same characters that I didn’t include in my final designs.
Each character is a representation of the emotions experienced with road rage.
This rock character is the first one I created for this project. He is a personification of the road, representing fear/anxiety. The skunk character represents road rage; the following characters created were a traffic cone, a stop sign, and a traffic light. They are supporting characters that also embody the fear and anxiety that road rage victims experience daily.
